Lavender Sage Martini

 

15ml Monin Lavender

30ml Grey Goose Citron

20ml Grey Goose

10ml Monin Jasmine syrups

15ml lemon juice

6 sage leaves

2 lavender flowers

Muddle sage leaves, lavender flowers & Monin

Lavender.  Add all other ingredients.  Shake, strain

into a Martini glass.  Garnish with a lavender flower wrapped

in sage leaf.

15ml Monin syrups.

Try the following:-

Spicy (cinnamon, cloves, chilli) Trust me tastes great!!!!!

White Chocolate

Violet

Vanilla

Lychee

Caramel

Green Apple

Top with 45ml Vodka.  Serve chilled

These are to 'die' for, especially the White Chocolate

Gingerbread Cookie Martini

 

30ml Monin Gingerbread

30ml Jayco liqueur

15ml Kahlua

15ml cinnamon liqueur

30ml un-thickened cream

Shake vigorously with ice until frothy.

Strain into a martini glass with chocolate swirls and

cinnamon rim

15ml Monin Elderflower syrup

15ml Cointreau

dash of Chambord

15ml Cranberry juice

Shake with ice, top with Cascade Cloudy Apple Juice

15ml Marie Brizard Creme de Cacao Brun

30ml Cointreau

30ml Nudie strawberry & banana juice

30ml cream

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with stem cherry, mint, vanilla bean, orange spiral and chocolate curl.

60ml fresh blood orange juice.

Shake with ice

Garnish with orange and orange spiral

40ml Bacardi Limon

30ml Monin Vanilla

10ml Galliano

30mls fresh lemon

100ml passionfruit juice

Shake with ice and serve in Collins glass.

Garnish with cherry and orange slice

 

Lavender Love

 

20ml Monin Lavender

30ml Tequila

Juice of half a fresh lime

In shaker filled with ice, shake all

ingredients and strain into martini glass,

lightly rimmed

with sugar

Rodin Martini

 

15ml Monin Jasmine

60ml Smirnoff Citrus Twist

90ml pear juice

Pour ingredients into shaker with ice.

Shake well and strain into a chilled martini

glass.  Garnish with redcurrants or Jasmine flower.

Sunflower

10ml Monin Rose

10ml Monin Strawberry

30ml Absolute Mandarin Vodka

15ml fresh orange juice

10ml Ocean Spray Cranberry juice

1 dash DOM Benedictine

Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in martini glass.   Rose Garnish

Sweet Kiss

 

15ml Monin Pomegranate

40ml Bacardi Light

20 ml Passoa

100ml passionfruit juice

Shake all ingredients with ice

Serve in Rio Grande glass

Sin City Cosmopolitan

 

25ml Monin Mango

45ml Vodka

60ml Cranberry juice

Add ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into

Martini glass.  Garnish with an orange

spiral

 

Mango Tango

 

50ml White Rum

15ml Monin Coconut

3 1/4 pieces of lime

3 sprigs of fresh mint

100ml Mango juice

In highball glass with lots of ice.

Garnish with sprig of Mint.

 

Butterscotch Bombshell

 

25ml Monin Butterscotch

30ml Mozart Amade

15ml Brown Creme De Cacao

90ml Orange Juice (pulp free)

30ml cream

Shake vigorously with ice.  Strain into chilled martini

glass.  Garnish with butterscotch biscuit.

10ml Monin Cinnamon

30ml Monin Vanilla Liqueur

30ml Hennessy Cognac

15ml Nudie Mango & Passionfruit juice

30ml fresh cream

Shake with ice and strain into vanilla sugar & cinnamon rimmed glass

Lemon Mystique

 

20ml Monin Lemon

30ml Cointreau

15ml Manzanita

5ml Monin Blue Curacao

45ml clear apple juice

15ml fresh lime juice

Shake happily with ice, except Blue Curacao.

Strain into chilled martini glass.   Sink Blue Curacao.

2 Strawberries

1 egg white

Muddle strawberries in a shaker, ad remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Double strain into a chilled tall Martini glass.

Fill with Oceanspray Ruby Red Grapefruit.

Build over lots of ice in large tumbler and stir briskly.  Orange wheel garnish.

15ml Monin Curacao liqueur-orange

12 x 2 cm cubed lemon, lime and orange ice cubes

4-5 slices of orange & peach

Build drink over ice cubes and fruit slices
