Raspberry puree.  Swirl raspberry puree in highball glass.

60 ml cream
Raspberry puree & honey
Swirl raspberry puree in glass. Blend with ice, serve in viva grand glass.

Blend, serve in viva grand, garnish with lemon twist, cherry and mint.

Stir Kahluah & coke. Blend rest, serve in martini glass.
Float Kahluah & coke on top. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.

 Blend two levels.  Serve in martini glass with drops of icecream.

Shake & strain all except grenadine.  Sink Grenadine. Garnish with pineapple & strawberry wedge.

30 ml soda water
Shake Lychee, Vodka & melon.  Bitters in bottom of glass with ice & soda

1 scoop icecream
Blend with ice to semi frappe,  place diced cherries in base of  hollow stem champagne glass.
Garnish with ice magic on top & two ends of wafer cone dripped in chocolate

Blend ingredients, serve in 120 ml glass and garnish with lime & blueberries.

Shake all ingredients except passionfruit. Strain except passionfruit. Strain over ice in 285ml glass. Garnish with slice or orange & mint

30ml Monin Blue Curacao

30 ml Absolute Vodka
60 ml lemon juice
5 ml passionfruit pulp
Blend all ingredients with ice. Pour into tulip glass.
Garnish with orange wheel & maraschino cherry.
Monin Star
30 ml Monin Caramel
30 ml Absolute Vodka
30 ml pineapple juice
30 ml mango gelato
15 ml raspberries
Blend caramel, vodka, pineapple juice and mango with ice.
Pour 2/3 into cocktail glass.  Add raspberries to the rest of mixture.
Blend, pour on top.  Garnish with rockmellon star.

60 ml apple juice
5 ml Monin Grenadine
Blend with ice & pour into small hurricane glass.
Garnish with pear and strawberry on inside of glass.

   Layer 5ml Bacardi 10ml  Peach mineral water into hollow stem manhattan.
 Stir rest & strain on top.

20ml raspberry puree
20ml mango puree
Scoop blueberry icecream
Blend all ingredients except purees. Pour 1/2 way up glass, layer raspberry & mango puree. Top up with remainder of blended drink. Garnish with Monin Coconut syrup,
desiccated coconut and mint leave.  Wrap snake lolly around glass.
Splash of Passion
30 ml Monin Peach
30 ml Finlandia Vodka
15 ml Midori
60 ml pink grapefruit juice, dash of egg white
Shake & strain into hollow stem cocktail glass. Garnish with orange zest, mint leaves
and passionfruit pulp.  Place chopped
cherries at bottom of glass
Waterworld II
15 ml Monin Peach
30 ml Bacardi
5 ml Monin Tangerine
2 ml Monin Blue Curacao
60 ml sparkling wine
Layer Bacardi & 5 ml of wine into hollow stem champagne glass. Wedge strawberry
and mint leaf into glass.  Stir peach and Bacardi together, strain.  Top with wine.

Blend and pour into hollow stem glass. Garnish with chopped green cherries in

Blend ingredients, garnish with diced red cherries in base of glass.

 Blend ingredients with ice. Garnish with pineapple and maraschino cherry

40 ml mineral water
Shake & top up with mineral water. Garnish with mint leaves held in base of drink with ice magic.
Zest of lime on rim.

5 ml passionfruit pulp
Shake & strain over ice.  Serve in tall fancy cocktail glass with passionfruit pulp lined on inside.
Garnish with slice of orange and mint leaves.
